The check in experience was delightful. The attendant was very pleasant when we came in. Our room and bathroom was exquisitely clean. We were overall very impressed. We were able to properly relax and enjoy a delicious breakfast the next day before continuing our road trip.

This place was awesome, all the way around. Staff was extremely helpful and made sure that we had a comfortable stay. The location was absolutely perfect, and all rooms faced the water. Rooms were clean, and each had a balcony. Very well planned and designed. With most Holiday Inn's, the breakfast was provided. I have to say that they have done a great job in this area. It's a beautiful beach, and an easy walk to the boardwalk. This beach is a gem, and is right out the back door.

Good ocean view/beach. Loved everything about it! Breakfast was delicious every day. Coffee/tea/hot chocolate provided all day. We will definitely return to this location. Guests services was excellent and always answered our questions and helped if needed. Only thing, our room was not cleaned very well every day, even though we were there 3 nights. She only took out dirty towels and trash. However, everything else was excellent!!

Great location. Hotel is clean throughout. Nice breakfast and very good coffee in the lobby! Staff is helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean and spacious, facing the Gulf. One negative thing- rooms have no soundproofing whatsoever. People can be having just a regular conversation and you will hear them, if they are watching TV, you are listening to whatever they are watching, yes, you will hear snoring and coughing at night as if it's in your room.

Let me start by saying the staff at the check in are FANTASTIC. If they can help in any way, they will! The staff at breakfast, also amazing! I felt like family after 6 days. Breakfast is typical but a good quick selection to get you off to a good start. The place is cleaned regularly so you never guess about the cleanliness. The view of the ocean gulf is fantastic. At the right time and day you can watch the Blue Angels buzz the beach! The only con to the stay was the rooms are so noisy at night. If you have earplugs, bring them. Additionally, our bathroom fan was so disturbingly loud that it sounded like a construction zone.

My $50 for incidentals hasn't been credited yet, we'll see. Other than that, no complaints at all. Stay here, you can't beat this deal for the cost.

It had a 9 on its ratings and I believe it deserves it. Very clean, spotless, all rooms face the Gulf. Could you hear kids in the room next door, yes, but it wasn't bad. Breakfast was included and staff at breakfast area, she was great!
